About Us

Craig and Amber: Craig and I have been married for 8 years. Craig is practicing law in Draper at a small firm. We have been so blessed this year and in November 2009 were able to adopt our precious little boy Landon. We are grateful for our trial of infertility and are humbled by the adoption experience. Then in July we were blessed with our son Zidane. After adopting Landon we learned that I was pregnant so our babies are 9 months apart. We have a yellow lab, Bridger, who brings a tremendous amount of joy into our lives. I love to run marathons and play soccer. Craig loves mountain biking, soccer and the solitude of the desert. We share the same interests in the outdoors and feel very blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the country.

Finding Joy In Life!

"Run Easy is an Oxymoron"

This is my new favorite quote I found on a Pearl Izumi advertisement in the July issue of Runner's World.

"What is it about running that scares people so much? Why do people feel they have to put friendly modifiers next to running so everyone can feel good about it? Well, here's the ugly truth Everyone shouldn't feel good about running. It's hard. It hurts Running requires sacrifice and heart and guts. Any attempt to water it down with feel-good adjectives is a slap in the face to those of us who still hold running sacred. In fact, if you're running easy, odds are you're not running at all. You're jogging So do us a favor, don't run easy. Run hard. Run like an animal."
