REAL Salt Lake in the MLS Playoffs! Go REAL!!

A week ago last Saturday we drove 9 hours to Denver Colorado
to watch REAL play the Colorado Crapids in the Rocky
Mountain Cup. Not only is Colorado our rivals but this game
determined whether or not REAL made it to the playoffs.
It was a really close game but Yura Movsysian scored
the winning goal in the 90th minute (for all you non soccer
fans, the 90th minute is the last minute of the game).
It was incredible and after the game Craig, Corey and I
got to go into the locker room and listen to the coaches
interview. It was awesome!!


This is Corey and I celebrating the win.....we were so excited
we lost our voices from all the yelling and cheering!


It felt so good to win the cup and push Colorado out of
the playoffs.


Here is the back of Doug and Jen. REAL had about 300 fans
at the game....at some points we were louder than the 16,000
Colorado fans.


Here is the crew, Craig, me, Megan, Spence and Corey. This
was the longest but most fun trips I have ever taken. We
rented a suburban and left early Saturday morning arriving
just a couple hours before the game and then returning on
Sunday. REAL won last weekend against the L.A. Chivas, with
Yura scoring once again in the 90th minute. You never know
we just might end up in L.A. next weekend to watch them
take another victory against the Chivas.
